 Quite awhile ago I had an idea for a painting, I started it, put it up for a month or two, worked on it a bit,put it up again, this time for about six months. I worked on it this time quite steady for three days, and finally finished  this 16" X 20" acrylic in June of 2012.

 I completed this 22" X 28" acrylic also in June of 2012. I found the most challenging part of this piece was painting the "wet" look.

 Was there a medieval village of Avalon ?  I have no idea, but I was visiting the Avalon resort in West Virginia when I completed this 20" square acrylic, in May of 2012.

   I painted this acrylic on a 14"  masonry saw blade, in December of 2011.
